Sale with a Mortgage

  • Discharge of Mortgage $90.00
  • Office/AML Fee $50.00

Sale with No Mortgage

  • Legal Fees $895.00
  • Title Search $6.00
  • Office/AML Fee $50.00
Extra charges may be incurred for extra tasks such as:

– plus $250+ GST for preparing a sale and purchase agreement

– plus $250 + GST for a family trust selling if you want us to draft the trustees’resolutions

– plus $250 + GST for a company trust if you want us to draft the directors’resolutions
