Fixed and Capped Legal Fees

We are happy to provide you with fixed or capped legal fees on request. If a matter is complex or uncertain, we can break the matter down into milestones and provide fixed or capped legal fees for each part of the matter.

Standard Fees

KM Law offers fixed fees where possible and fee estimates where the scope of work may vary. Our fee structure aligns with one of our core values – to be transparent with fees. KM Law’s fee structure differs from the standard approach, where clients are billed for the time spent on their matter, usually in 6‑minute units. The lawyer’s rate varies depending on experience and seniority.

We provide discounted services for Gold Card Members.
